In 2014 Brad and I moved our family from southern Utah to Healy Alaska. We had a dream to own a place where we could offer lodging and also slow down from the business of life. We found exactly that here in Alaska, only 12 miles from Denali National Park!
Healy Heights Family Cabins has been serving Denali’s guests since 1990. Our cabins are superbly located on 12 wooded acres atop a scenic ridge overlooking the mountains and valleys of the Alaska Range. We offer nature, breath-taking views and lovely, clean cabins that are architecturally unique and tastefully decorated.
Each of our cabins offer private baths and privacy. Four of our cabins offer a kitchenette for small meal prep, while two of our cabins feature full kitchens and satellite TV.
We supply a coffee pot and tea kettle in each cabins. Included with a small variety of tea and coffee.
Stay connected with work or family. Share your experience or download a movie.
Feel free to hike or wander the property. We are on 12 acres and surrounded by nature.
We offer daily housekeeping to ensure clean/fresh towels and trash removed.
There is a hand crafted wood fired sauna on site. We are happy to prep a sauna for you after a cool day of hiking.
We are happy to help you with travel tips and other lodging options during your trip.

We spent three nights at Healy Heights Family Cabins in the Big Dreams cabin. The setting was ideal as the cabins are situated on a bluff away from the main road but only about 15 minutes from the Park. It was also close to the town gas station and grocery store. The cabin itself was perfect for us; comfortable with a great deck that had a view of the Valley north of Healy. The best part of our experience though was that the owners were very helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this place for folks visiting the area.
